If you are not satisfied with the products, you may return any unused product in its original condition within 15 days from date
of receipt of your order for a full cash refund via your credit card account. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

The product should be returned in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories.
Do not destroy or discard original packing for 15 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from
the credit amount of a return. Personalized items, piercing earnings are not returnable. In case of defective item
is received, please contact us immediately. The defective items are always returnable for a full credit within 15 days of receipt.
For your protection, please do not sign for product until you inspect for damage. In the event product ID received
damaged, however, please keep the original shipping carton and quickly contact courier for a damage inspection report
then request courier to return the product back to the address listed on the package. Contact us with the Damage Call
Tag Number issued to you by courier and we will arrange for reorder or credit.
