eComBot™ has two standard packages as follows:

I.	500 transactions package costs Baht 300.-/month (incl. VAT)
II.	1,000 transactions package costs Baht 500.-/month (incl. VAT)

Service time starts from the date you register till the end of the specified duration which you select in "No. of Months to Rent" box. Before your account expiration, our system will e-mail and ask you to renew your account at "Membership Renewal Service". Otherwise, our e-commerce robot will automatically close your account.

After registering, you have two choices of payment system, credit card or transfer payment, for choosing. Select one which your convenience.

The above "URL" box is only for whom that has a web site which it can be linked with the E-Commerce System of eComBot™.

The eComBot™ fee above is not included the service fee of the online credit card payment service which you have two choices to use it. The first one is using the real-time payment system of eComBot™ which you must pay the yearly member fee, 1,000 baht/year, or the second one is using your own authorized credit card payment system which you must pay the set-up fee, 4,000 baht (one time charge). You don't need to pay this fee right now because it would be charged after you finish your configuration and/or before linking with www.shoppingthai.com.

Agreement for using eComBot Service

I, as the user of eComBot service, which shall be called as 'User'. And Max Savings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., as the provider of eComBot service, which shall be called as 'Provider'.

Have agreed to the agreement as follows :

1. User confirms that provider is the provider of Internet System, E-Commerce System and Payment System only.  Provider DO NOT involve with the sale of the product(s) or be responsible to the product(s) or the service(s) that user provides or sells.

2. User confirms and agrees that user will not sell the product(s) or the service(s) which are against the law of Thailand or the international law or  against the custom of social or the social ethics. If provider has found out later that user sells these products, provider has all rights to terminate eComBot service and to confiscate all the service fee or product fee.

3. User agrees to be full responsible to any damages which are cause by the sale of the product(s) or the service(s). Provider is only responsible for the damage which is cause by the service system.

4. User has to show the name and address of store's owner and this given name is considered to be the name of store's owner. If the given name does not exist or cannot be approved by any official document(s), provider will not pay for the product fee which provider accept from the customer for user or will terminate all the services. If payable, provider will only pay for the amount of any fee to the given user or the representative of user which shown on the e-store.

5. User agrees to submit all personal ID and company information to provider at the start of using eComBot service.*

6. If user uses the online payment service which using the provider account, user will have to refund the product fee immediately upon request. The case that user will have to refund are :
     - The card holder call for refund
     - The bank call for refund
     - The sentence of the court that call for refund or by any other reasons

7. The system that used to lock or unlock store is the automatic system. User has to renew its own store before expired. If the store is locked due to expiration, user owes for service charge or behave against the rules,  user has no rights to call for any compensation.

8. Any service charges that  user has already paid to provider are not refundable.

9. In case that user uses the online payment service which using the provider account. If  provider considers that there is any chance of damage will be occured, user agrees that provider could hold all the payment to user until provider confines that there is no risk. And user agrees that provider could debit some amount of product fee to guarantee the user's identity.

10. If user uses the online payment service which using the provider account and user's store has expired and not been renewed, user agrees that provider   could hold the amount of product fee until provider confines that there is no call for refund from buyer, credit card holder and/or bank.

I have read this agreement thoroughly and have printed this agreement for reference. So, I clicked this button to agree and register to use eComBot service.

Remarks  :  
        1.   -   In case of individual, user has to submit the certified copy of ID card to us.
              -   In case of company, user has to submit all of documents as follow  :  A certified copy of trade license or por por 20 and/or tor kor 0401 (all of these documents must have certified by the authorized director(s)).

All of the conditions has stated in purpose of making all of e-store in eComBot as acceptable and  reliable store for customer. And responsible for all of product(s) or service(s) which store has provided.
